April 14 and 21, 2014 - Happy Easter!

April 21st:
Cara famiglia e cari amici,
BUONA PASQUA!!!
I hope this Easter has been super awesome and that everyone ate too much candy and then pndered on how incredible it is that Jesus Christ was resurrected and that He rose and lives and guides His church, the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. What a beautiful wonderful fact and event.

This Easter the famiglia Murgia invited us over. There were about 15 of us all together. We ate pasta al forno (my favorite thing here besides gelato) then lamb, and lamb insides (not my favorite thing here...). After pranzo, we read in Luke when Jesus is resurected and then we kinda all shared our testimonies of Him and how He helps us even today and how we have learned so much from Him and just how much He loves us. It was really cool because one aunt there isn't a member and she got to see how strong of testimonies her family has and I am sure she felt in that moment the Spirit of God and His love for her!

Yesterday was another hoilday: Pasquetta! I don't know what or why it is, but it meant deep cleaning day for us! I took the bathroom and basically had my hands in bleach all day, but that bathroom is shining now! Then we went and saw Fulvia, a member here who also happens to know Debbie's gramma in Bitonto and tried to call her while I ws there, but she didn't answer. Oh well. Next time :)

The work is kind of not doing the best that is has, but we are trying real hard. Angela is doing great and is getting over lots of hard things, slowly. But that is generally how it works, slowly but surely. Pray that she will have the mighty change of heart that Alma talks about. She is doing so good and we are so happy for the changes she is already making.

Well fam, sorry it's a short one. I hope you have a great week and know that I love you all!!

April 14th:
Friends and Fam!!

Not much time and not much to report, but two investigators broke up with us in the same night and as good ex's we took flowers to one who lives nearby. Don't know if she got them yet... but we still love them both a tons and while it is definitely sad and hard to  watch people reject the happiest thing in the world, we know God will give them another chance. He loves them even more than we do!

We have decided to focus more on finding families. It is kinda hard, but nothing that is really worth it is too easy, eh?

We got a new branch President yesterday, and accidently stood up the Stake President at a teaching appointment... But he told us there is always repentence ;) Great guy! Haha, we all laughed about it don't worry.

In other news, the weather is absolutely amazing. Sassari is supposed to have the best climate in all of Europe. I believe it.

Well, this week is going to be awesome, I know it! I love you all with all my heart!!
